A generalization of the well-known Georgi-Jarlskog relation (mμ/mτ ) = 3 (ms/mb) to neutrinos is found in the context of SO(10). This new relation is (mνμ/mντ ) = 16 (mc/mt), which is consistent with present data, assuming the small-angle MSW solution to the solar neutrino problem.
